Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 October 2026

1. The service

CreatorScout is operated by Öner/Wrona GbR, Lange Malterse 46, 44795 Bochum, Germany (“we”). It helps game developers find YouTube and Twitch creators who cover games similar to theirs and track their outreach to those creators. These terms apply to every use of the website and the service.

2. YouTube Terms of Service

CreatorScout uses YouTube API Services. By using CreatorScout you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Read them at youtube.com/t/terms. The Google Privacy Policy also applies; how we handle YouTube data is described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Accounts and plans

  • You can search without an account. Saving creators across devices, the outreach pipeline and paid features need an account, which you create by signing in with your email address. Keep access to that mailbox secure: anyone who can open the sign-in link can use your account.
  • The free plan has the limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
  • New accounts may receive a free trial of the paid plan. When it ends, the account returns to the free plan unless you subscribe. The trial is free and is not a paid contract.
  • If you are a consumer, you also have the right of withdrawal described in section 4.

4. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

This section applies if you subscribe as a consumer, that is, for purposes that are mainly outside your trade, business or profession.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract, which is the day you subscribe to a paid plan.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Öner/Wrona GbR, Lange Malterse 46, 44795 Bochum, Germany; telephone +491779658951; email support@gooder.games) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Before checkout we ask you to confirm: “Start Pro immediately. I know that if I withdraw within 14 days, I pay for the days of Pro I used until then.” That is the request to begin the service during the withdrawal period.

5. Acceptable use and your outreach

You are responsible for how you use the service and the contacts it shows. You agree not to:

  • send spam or bulk unsolicited messages to creators, or ignore a creator's request to stop contacting them;
  • scrape, resell or redistribute data from CreatorScout, or use it to build a competing database;
  • bypass usage limits, share an account to avoid them, or interfere with the service;
  • use the service against the YouTube Terms of Service, the Twitch Terms of Service or applicable law, including data protection and anti-spam law.

Messages you send to creators are sent by you, not by us. You are responsible for their content and for having a lawful basis to contact the creator.

6. Third-party data

Creator and game data comes from public sources: the YouTube Data API, the Twitch API and the Steam store. We do not control that data and show it as provided. Statistics may be out of date, and a creator's coverage of a game is matched from their own video titles, which can be incomplete. CreatorScout is not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with YouTube, Google, Twitch or Valve.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep CreatorScout available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. When a data source's daily limit is reached, searches may show cached results only.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation, limited to the damage that was foreseeable and typical for this kind of contract. Otherwise our liability is excluded.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using CreatorScout at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. Where possible we will warn you first.

9. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms when the service changes. We will show the new date at the top and tell signed-in users about material changes before they take effect.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.
